September is a few months away and with that being said so is the Back-to-School season.  Planning is essential to allow everything to move along smoothly.  I used to be those students who depended on their memory rather than jotting them down but as I went onto my sophomore and junior year of university, I realized I needed a bit of help.

Cue the Erin Condren Life Planner! I purchased the Life Planner last year as you can see here.  I was really excited to see the new covers for this year and I really love the small changes that were given.  The first change? A see-through bookmark rather than a solid printed one makes it easier to see what is on the next page and I think it gives it a classic, clean look.

Another reason for wanting a new cover is that the covers are so cute that it is often difficult to just choose one! My cover is Island Fleur with a seafoam background and coral flowers.

lifenotperfectI am obsessed with quotes so I love how colorful the quotes are once you open the planner. It brightens your day immediately and I like that little touch though I am sure many other planners probably have something similar.

You get the usual gift labels, two circular paper clips, the plastic zip pouch, and folder. The difference? You get a little book to put your important dates in rather than having it incorporated in your planner. I like the idea but the little book is a bit flimsy, I would be afraid of putting it in my purse because it would get banged up. I feel maybe it if it was laminated like the planner, it would last long.

I am always excited with the aspect of personalizing anything. You really have the power with Erin Condren. Yes, it is a bit pricey at $50 but I feel if you use it everyday and know you will use it, it’s worth the price.  If you buy through my referral link here then you can get $10 off your order!

What are you favorite planners? Have you ever had an Erin Condren?
