Wednesday Wishlist

wednesday-wishlistI’m back from VACAYYY! The above pic was taken in Miami. Can you tell that I am clinging to the idea of summer even though school starts in less than two weeks? It’s been a while since I’ve done a Wednesday Wishlist but I want to make it a bi-weekly or weekly thing. There’s so many great things out in stores and online with Back to School time looming over us. Here are five of the things that I am wanting in my hands right freakin’ now.

Wednesday Wishlist

1) Tory Burch for FitBit Metal Hinged Bracelet: Ever since I got a FitBit I knew this collection would come sooner or later. Well, it came and I’m dying to get one! I love my FitBit to death and I think this is the cutest little accessory. Sometimes, when you have to fancy it up, the rubber bracelet just doesn’t do it for me. I am a bit hesitant with the steep price tag of $195. Maybe one day!

2) Kate Spade New York ‘Sabina’ Boot: Look at this boot! It is sooo cute! You can’t see it at the top but on the back of the boot it has an adorable bow. This boot mixes edgy, classy, and cute which is great because you can change up the feel of the boot depending on what outfit you wear with it. The boot retails for $398. This boot would be worth it since fall is the season for boots!

3) Christian Louboutin ‘The Nudes’ Nail Colour in ‘Tutulle’: I admit, $50 is an arm and a leg for a polish. It better last a whole damn month and give me super powers but as a nail junkie, I can’t help but drool over it. The other girls can drool over their Christian Louboutin heels, I’ll just vye after the varnish. This nude color looks creamy and perfect, you know you will get the most out of this color and I love how they changed the bottle cap color to go with it. The whole bottle can just be used as a display on your vanity.

4) Gabby Skye Floral Print Fit & Flare Dress: I am a huge sucker for fit and flare dresses. They just fit my body shape so well. Who can resist floral? I consider it a around the year kind of print. The banded trim going down the silhouette offers a great little detail. I would totally rock this with some black tights and some cut out booties. $98 is a splurge for a dress but it’s a piece that I would wear time and time again.

5) GHD Lavender 1″ Professional Styler: I’ve had my trusty Chi flat iron for a good 7 years. It still works great but I want to retire it for something new. I’ve been wanting a GHD for years and once I saw these limited edition pastel colors, I knew that I wanted one. Once you invest in a good flat iron, it’s something you keep for a long time. Just like how my Chi survived for so long! The only thing I wish that GHD had which Chi also lacks is a display and buttons for temperature. I would love to be able to customize and set how hot I want my iron to actually be. I don’t want the default to be hair-murdering. At $199, it’s also a splurge.

Oh god. Looking back at my wishlist, I realized I have expensive taste that my nearly starving wallet can’t support. I guess I can’t have nice things, but I sure as hell can wish–every Wednesday!
