Sometimes you do have to leave the comfort of your bed and go for a stroll in the park. That’s what I decided to do once I emerged from my cavern of a bedroom and out into the real world! After a wonderful–but short day in New York City on Saturday, thanks to the Her Campus National Intercollegiette Conference. I was a bit bummed that I left so early but I was feeling a bit out of the weather and decided rest would be the best!
After my night of hibernation, I decided I would try to be one on friendlier terms with nature!
Today wasn’t a boob-sweat, back-sweat, and all kinds of sweat kind of day, it was actually pleasant. It’s been a while. I apologize. I forgot just how terrible school was (Just Kidding). Between my (9-9pm schedule at school) and having to go out to take photographs for class, I’ve neglected my blog once again. I finally rushed out to do an outfit and to take my new dress out for a spin.

It was really amazing to be standing only inches away from Mark Badgley and James Mischka. I was surprised how organized it was and how calm it all was. The anticipated designer collaboration has hit stores and online today and the was much frenzy. I wasn’t shopping or aware of these collaborations when Missoni was launched, but from what I hear, it was a chaos. I began shopping these collaborations starting with Jason Wu for Target. It was not as bad but I did have to stay up past midnight to snag a few items online and then try to see if I could get lucky in store. I’ve grown wiser since then. Last night did not run smoothly, however.
