Life After College

IMG_2291
It seems like graduation was years ago but in reality it’s been less than a year. It’s been a really rough for me since then as well. I’ve always been average in my grades from the moment I was enrolled in the school system. Mostly As and Bs with the occasional C or D. I don’t remember a time where I didn’t work hard. In my four years of school, I had 10+ internships and ambassadorships with the hopes that it would make it simple for me to enter the fashion world. I was wrong.

4 years flew by so quickly that it’s difficult to comprehend that I no longer am a college student. That being said, I am free! I had to celebrate with a stroll by the Hudson River and the view of the city.

Time Flies By…

TimesSquareTowerSometimes, you stop and realize that time just flies by.  Today, I stopped and stood in the hallway of ANN INC. My last day is Friday and I can’t believe how fast my internship has come to an end.  This marks the end of my 10th internship and of an amazing journey.  ANN INC is such a great company to intern for and I was given so many responsibilities that even I was surprised. Not only has my internship come to an end but soon my college years will too.

September is a few months away and with that being said so is the Back-to-School season.  Planning is essential to allow everything to move along smoothly.  I used to be those students who depended on their memory rather than jotting them down but as I went onto my sophomore and junior year of university, I realized I needed a bit of help. Struggles & Triumphs

photo(68)I’m so upset that my blog is getting put on the back burner but working full-time really does take most of the time off your hands.  I can’t believe that I am pretty much half way done with my internship at ICONIX Brand Group.  I’ve fallen into the groove of things and it saddens me to think that all the amazing people and things I have been doing will have to come to an end. Supplied and Ready!

coedforhercampus

College can be quite a doozy.  You barely have time to sleep, let alone eat or socialize.  I can vouch for most collegiettes when I say it can get quite tiring and you don’t even have time to go to the supermarket.  CO-ED Supply came to my rescue.
